Password reset

Forgot your password? Ask for a reset link and set a new one.

Setting a new password

  1. On the sign-in page, click Forgot password?
  2. Enter your email address.
  3. Open the link in the email and choose a new password.
  • The link works once, for 1 hour.
  • A password needs at least 10 characters.
  • Setting a new password signs you out everywhere. Sign in again with the new one.
  • If you signed up with Google, this adds a password to your account.

No email?

  • For your privacy, the page never says whether an address has an account, so check that you typed the one you signed up with.
  • An address gets at most 1 reset email a minute and 3 an hour. Wait a bit before asking again.
  • Check your spam folder.
