Introduction
REVERB publishes your photos and videos to Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and YouTube Shorts in one go, schedules them on a calendar your whole team shares, and brings the numbers back into one place.
What is REVERB?
REVERB is built for small teams who post every few days to a handful of accounts and don’t want to do it once per platform. You write a post once, see exactly what each platform will receive, and either publish it right away or put it on the calendar. Later, the same app shows how it did.
How REVERB fits together
Teams
Everything in REVERB belongs to a team: connected accounts, posts, the calendar, @mention mappings and the timezone.
- You can be on several teams and switch between them from the team menu in the sidebar.
- Everyone on a team has the same permissions and can post to all of its accounts.
- A connected account stays with the team, even if the person who connected it leaves.
Posts
A post is one set of media and one caption, sent to the accounts you pick. REVERB turns it into the right format on each platform:
| You add | TikTok | YouTube | ||
|---|---|---|---|---|
| 1 photo | Post | Photo post | Photo post | – |
| Several photos | Carousel | Multi-photo post | Photo carousel | – |
| Video | Reel | Reel | Video | Short |
Each post tracks its status per platform. If Instagram succeeds and Facebook fails, you see exactly that, and a retry only goes to Facebook.
Calendar and analytics
The calendar is the home screen. It shows scheduled posts, published ones, and posts you made directly in the platforms’ apps. Those show up within about 3 hours, marked Posted in app. They’re read-only, but they count towards your weekly target.
Analytics collects views, likes, comments, shares and saves from your connected accounts. Stats of posts from the last week refresh every few hours, older ones about once a day. The editor uses them to suggest posting times.
Key features
- One editor for every platform, with a preview of the exact text each account receives.
- Videos as you exported them: REVERB uploads the file you add, with no transcoding on our side.
- @mentions that translate: type
@keyword, get the right handle on each platform. - Shared calendar: drag to reschedule; everything in your team’s timezone.
- No silent failures: a scheduled post that fails emails the whole team, and a broken connection shows a warning in the app.
