Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of REVERB, a web app for publishing, scheduling and measuring posts on Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and YouTube. By creating an account or using REVERB, you agree to them.
1. Who provides REVERB
Type of Web - Michał Miszczyszyn
ul. Stolema 6H/2, 80-177 Gdańsk, Poland
VAT ID: PL6040080451
Email: hi@reverbsocials.com
2. Access and price
REVERB is currently available by invitation only and is free of charge. We may introduce paid plans later; we will tell you in advance, and nothing will be charged without your explicit agreement.
3. Your account
- You must be at least 16 years old to use REVERB.
- Give accurate details, keep your password safe, and tell us right away if you think someone else has access to your account.
- If you use REVERB on behalf of an organization, you confirm you are allowed to act for it.
4. Teams
- You can create teams and invite people to them. Everyone on a team has the same permissions: they can connect accounts, create, schedule and publish posts, and see the team’s statistics.
- A social media account connected to a team stays with the team, even if the person who connected it leaves, until it is disconnected or its access stops working.
- Only invite people you trust to post on the team’s accounts, and only connect accounts you are authorized to manage.
5. Your content
You keep all rights to the photos, videos, text and other content you upload. You give us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to store, process and transmit that content only as needed to run REVERB for you — for example, to upload it to the platforms you choose at the time you choose. The license ends when the content is deleted from REVERB.
You are responsible for your content and confirm that you have the rights needed to publish it, including the consent of people who appear in it or whom you tag.
6. Social media platforms
REVERB publishes through the official APIs of each platform. When you use it, you must also follow each platform’s rules, including the Instagram Terms of Use, Meta Terms of Service, TikTok Terms of Service and YouTube Terms of Service. By connecting a YouTube channel, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service.
We are not affiliated with or endorsed by Meta, TikTok or Google. The platforms decide what they accept and can change or limit their APIs at any time. For example, TikTok may publish posts as private until REVERB has passed its review. We are not responsible for what a platform does with your content after we have delivered it.
7. Acceptable use
You must not use REVERB to:
- publish content that is illegal, infringes someone else’s rights, or breaks a platform’s rules,
- send spam or run fake, deceptive or automated engagement,
- access accounts, data or systems you are not authorized to use,
- disrupt, overload, reverse engineer or probe the security of REVERB.
We may suspend or close accounts that break these rules, after warning you where possible.
8. Availability
We work to publish every post on time, show its status per platform and alert your team when something fails, but we cannot guarantee that REVERB will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that a platform will accept every post. Check important posts after they are published.
9. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits, reach or followers, or for losses caused by the platforms. Our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability for damage caused intentionally, for gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be limited by law, and nothing affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
10. Ending the agreement
You can stop using REVERB and delete your account at any time. We can end the service for you with 30 days’ notice by email, or immediately if you seriously break these terms. After the account is deleted, your data is removed as described in the Privacy Policy.
11. Privacy
How we handle personal data is described in the Privacy Policy.
12. Technical requirements
You need an internet connection, a current version of Chrome, Firefox, Safari or Edge with JavaScript and cookies enabled, an email address, and accounts on the platforms you want to post to.
13. Complaints
Send complaints about REVERB to hi@reverbsocials.com, describing the problem and how to reach you. We reply within 14 days.
14. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms, for example when we add features or paid plans, or when the law or a platform’s rules change. We will email you at least 14 days before important changes take effect. If you don’t agree, you can delete your account before then.
15. Law and disputes
These terms are governed by Polish law. Disputes will be settled by the competent court in Poland. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory laws of your country of residence and may bring a claim there.
